1. Project situation study

We analyze the history and current conditions of the landfill, including the state of the site and the characteristics of the existing gas. This initial diagnosis allows us to identify the starting point and opportunities for improvement.

2. Project context

We evaluate the operational and contractual management of the landfill, as well as the technical and administrative conditions that influence the development of the project.

3. Technical analysis

We estimate the generation and use of gas, review the extraction system and propose the appropriate treatment for its energy use. Includes:

• Calculation of electrical generation potential.
• Review of the gas collection and conduction system.

4. Economic analysis

We develop a financial model with CAPEX and OPEX adjusted to different scenarios, to determine the profitability and expected return of the project.

5. Analysis of the client’s project concept

Once the technical and economic conditions of the landfill have been evaluated, we analyze the current project concept and prepare:

• A comparative technical and financial analysis.
• A risk matrix that identifies critical factors and optimization opportunities.
